Items will be shipped 3- 5 days after receiving payment. Production on custom orders is 2-3 weeks and will be shipped 3-5 days after completed.
Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once a product is shipped is the responsibility of the customer. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges.
Return Policy
All custom orders are final sale. Please triple check sizing before sending me your measurements.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your order, you have 5 days to return the item. When I have received the item, I will issue you a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
