Another year, another crawl! It’s my 8th year participating in the New Westminster Cultural Crawl and it’s amazing how quickly each year flies by. Just when I finished one crawl, the idea for the next one is already buzzing around in my brain, and before you know it, the next crawl creeps up on me and I’m nowhere near done making the collection for the year! I guess I better get cracking!
Mark your calendars! This year I will only be taking 4 custom appointments for custom jewellery only. NO repair appointments this year. Every year I cram as many appointments in as I can and then I get too busy and it’s very stressful. When I’m with clients in their custom appointments, it’s hard to attend to all the lovely people who have gone out of their way to come find me. Furthermore, there’s a short window to get jewellery made between the Crawl and Christmas and every year I’m in panic mode trying to get it all done. So this year I’m going to do less and hopefully stress less!
